TORs are a bit quiet

anyone out there got a good idea on how to get a bit more sound out of TORs (with cat bypass)

Yes, spend a wod of money and get the gutted and enlarge the insides. Or toss them and get a set of pipes from the head back. The header is very restrictive. I think the next cheapest system for the beast is the Jardines system 3-2. They are a bit throatier. In fact I think they sound great. If your also looking for power they are better then the TORS. But real power will come from larger headers and 3-1 design.

Welcome to the forum. Pipes are abundant with different characteristics. Sound fiiles are available on Youtube. Enjoy (and expect to pay a few quid...)

To make your TORS louder an 18" long 3/8" drill bit can be used to remove the noise restrictor (known as a muffler...)
