Top Yoke

Am looking to replace the top yoke on my Rocket Classic with the chrome option, area seems a lot 'busier' than my last Harley which I used to work on!!!
Any advice or tips welcome as would be sequence if anyone has done the same.

section 14 of the manual walks you through it. While your doing it you should check the head stock bearings since you have to pull the top yoke to do that anyway.

I think you would be better off polishing the top yoke as Triumph chrome isnt very good

My chrome top yolk is about the only piece with a decent finish on it! :lol: :lol:

Chrome top yoke that I fitted had decent chrome. If your thinking of fitting risers and or the ignition relocation thingy do it the same time. Have a blanket to stop washers etc dropping down between the upper frame tubes as you will never find them again.

personally, I wouldn't chrome it. the tourers is a chrome top yoke and the glare and reflection off it is blinding. My .02cents worth. drain
