Ok so the 20258 tune is a standard tune for after market pipes which if you not looking for a whole bunch of power it will work for you and can look around and see if I can come up with a more custom tune say one done by Wayne Tripp or maybe some of the touring guys here that have tune boy can come up with one, It will be a wee bit more spunky as most of them derestrict it and pull close to 140 horse power out of it. The good new is it will open with 3.9.9 and the 5.1.06 versions so you should be good the question is did Tune boy supply you with the multi trim map and software? If not this will be a lot easier but I cannot figure out why they would give you a wide band sensor unless you have multi trim software.

err…so if i change the headers and pipes only..then they engine will not run properly?

As said above, it will be lean. A Dobeck will fix it. Or a retune with Tune Boy or Tune ECU.
Your bike will run fine but will probably "pop" on deceleration and you will risk damage to valves due to extra heat.
