Hey guys! My Rockett iii is still in the shop 
. In the meantime I have my Magna, but not super comfortable for the wife. Did some dealing and wheeling an acquired a new bike lol. It's an 2010 Honda Stateline 1300. Super clean only 3K on it. Terrible ride, not for me. So a local dealership has an 2010 Thunderbird with 27K on it, working on a straight across trade. I think thats a pretty fair deal, considering the mileage and the honda is way cleaner. Got there and the back tire was completely bald, so I told them they are gonna have to put 1 on. They are supposed to hit me up Tuesday. Got to thinking about this ugly black sleeve on the forks. Looked on Google and didn't see any others with it. I'm curious if anyone here knows what this is? Or if this is something the dealership slapped together to hide leaking fork seals. Any input would be appreciated guys!
