Seeking a map for a Rocket-Touring for open performance.
The Touring is completely in stock condition.
Who can help and possibly has a modified and functioning map for me?
Hi, I have a 09 tourer and after reading lots of threads i decided to take out the secondaries and are amazed at the differance, much better on the throttle and much better to ride. I have changed nothing else yet. Exhaust is next then a tune.

On my 08 touring I have secondaries removed, air box installed with K&N's and D&D exhaust (no cats). I have yet to put a tune in it because it runs so strong right now with the Triumph TORS tune. I am actually waiting for my turn on the Dyno before I do anything more radical. I watch the 02 voltage like a hawk and have yet to see it peg itself and stay there either rich or lean in any throttle range except WOT,,,and then it went rich and stayed there,,,,which is just what it's supposed to do.
What you're asking for is a tune for a completely stock R3T with the secondaries open 100% and the fuel compensated for. Probably no one has done this.
However, since the new R3R has the secondaries completely open in 1-3 and almost completely open in 4-5 except for the top end, why don't you copy the tables from the R3R with stock exhaust into the R3T?
Put a Power Commander V w/ Auto-tune on it and run the map Hans has.
My 07 R3T is running that setup, plus I have triple K&Ns on it.
The Power Commander V will leave everything stock and you put whatever map in it you want. The Auto-tune will have you install a different O2 sensor, but that is it.
This setup will also allow you to have a dyno-run done and the calibration is put into the Power Commander and not the bike.

A PCV I have also drawn into consideration, but my friend wants for this to spend any money. So we search another effective means, to bring his R3T to the performance of the standard Rocket.
Dougl his proposal could be the right way.

The power of the "standard Rocket" is for sh!t because all the stock tunes close the secondaries. The standard exhaust is the most restrictive choice. If money is no object, why doesn't he get just Jardines or TORs/cat bypass and put triple filters on? You can then open the secondaries 100% with TuneECU, install a Power Commander, and tune the fuel. My dealer did an R3T with Jardines and 3 K&N's and got 157 hp, 150 lt lbs.

Hi dougl,
yes I would want to do it that way, but he does not want it.
It ranges him when he reached the normal standard performance of the standard Rocket roughly.
