Please remember to send a PM with Ride choices and If you will be participating in the catered meals. I only have a few weeks before I need to get the final count and money to the caterer. I will finalize the agenda as soon as all have responded.

• Review the attached List and PM me with any changes. I also need to know what day you will be participating in the group rides and preference of ride type (A) = 130 to 175 miles (B) 225 to 275 Miles. I will also need to know how many in your party will be participating in the catered meals. Please send all responses in a single PM. I need everyone’s response no later than 4/1/2011
• Please bring a printed copy of the final agenda with you to the event. There will be a limited supply at the event due to printing cost.
• Once you arrive in Maggie Valley please check to receive door prize tickets and meal tickets.
• Listen up during mandatory ride meetings.
• No matter what skill level please respect the roads they are very unforgiving.
• Respect all attendees, Host and property.
• Have a safe and fun Rockets Across America.

Not 100% sure, Skip and a few others are passing thru Tulsa, i think it may be 4 0r 5 guys, not sure,,Skip, can you answer that question????
