i am guessing that you are hearing the starter solenoid
i am thinking that you are not getting enough voltage to the starter to crank the motor all the time.
check battery voltage while trying to start
like what was said battery needs to be tight.
or bad battery
how old is battery?

Good plan..I have a little device/tester that shows the draw down voltage when starting. It uses LEDs and the lowest voltage LED stays lit to show the voltage. It shouldn't go below 9 volts when cranking according to my tester. If it does, things are questionable.

You could try deoxit spray.

that is not the starter relay
that is the starter solenoid.
so power going through the starter relay and to the starter solenoid but solenoid contacts are corroded like you said.

Nooo , now i change solenoid relay , and evrithinhg is OK .

Hi, new to the group.
I have had two rocket 3 BT’s, both had battery issues.
I had to call the RAC after not starting but lighting up the dash, after refuelling.
RAC took off the terminals, cleaned them, applied copper grease and never had an issue again.
Maybe I was lucky.
