Hello everyone I am here! I have been having problems with getting on here no matter what I tried. Dont know if it's my Computer or this thread for sure! I am fighting with the casters about your rings. they tell one thing and do another, I have went over the person i have been dealing with I want this right! I am so sorry that it is taking us so long to get them done! we never take this long on any job ever! the guy Im talking to now is trying everything he can to make this right for us.If i am not happy at the end of the day I am going with a new caster that says he will have them out in a few days! I have not been avoiding anyone on here I promise! I have been racking my brain on trying to get back on here and today was the first time I've been able to do that.This is the biggest job I've had but the hold up is not because of my husband and I. So far the lady I was dealing with was not upfront with me about the rings and the problem she was having. The first batch was sent out and I was told that they looked good and they did not ! I told here that if there were any more problems to let me know! I have called her 4 times and she said that she was casting a few more. And then yesterday I was home with the grand child and she called and said that they would have to cast them in parts to get the letters right. So thats when I went over her head. The boss is apologetic and is on the job now,I am keeping my fingers crossed and have talked to him on the phone 3 time so far. Hopefully this will be resolved today! I will know more this afternoon! Sorry this is so long I just wanted all of u to know what was up! Claudia P.S It's not over till the fat lady sings and I have tape on her mouth! Im not giving up and I hope that u wont either!!

Thats cool, thanks for going the extra mile to get it right.
That means more to us than anything. Sorry I left early
and did not get to show the ring off. There were a lot of people
that said yea for a ring that are not getting one. Maybe when they
see the finished product they will order one. But I understand
that times are hard. I still haven't come home, but will be there
in a couple of hours. You might be closed when I get there.
