We're still a couple months away. We have a realtor in Miami already searching properties for us and a call this afternoon with a realtor here in Houston to start the process of getting our current house on the market.

I'll let you know when the trip is going to be. Thanks for the offer, cutting 8-9 hours off of the seat time would be nice.

Yep in a few months is a good time frame. I go there a few time a year. He's a good guy to know in Florida.
