REAR Wheel Change out

Hi
I ride a 2013 Rocket III touring.
I purchased a 2009 rear wheel to replace mine. It doesn't fit. Is there a way to install adaptors to do so?

I suspect that one has ABS and the other doesn't. You may have to address that issue first.

If you include pictures we might be able to help . All I can say is a touring wheel will not fit on other R3 .
