Rear tire Blown!

It was made out of a piece of rubber diaphragm material I got at work. It was approximatley 1/8" thick. I'm sure about any rubber that thick will work. Here is a really crappy picture I drew in "paint". It shows you what the basic outline looked like. When you bolt it to the fender it kinda "cups" all by it's self. Easy peezy

P.S. the metal banded thing is just the fender decoration piece. It has nothing to do with the flap. I held mine on with screws and nuts.

Living in the backwoods, i couldnt get my new backtire balanced. I researched the tire balance beads. I went with a liquid product. Rideon tps. Its a sealant that also balances. Claims to plug holes up to 1/4".

My tires are wearing perfectly and no slow leakage.

This is one product I really like for balancing moto tires -- works better than the rest -- far less expensive -- straightforward concept easily accessible to even the weekend garage mechanic:

If you have a woody that will pop a tire you need a girlfriend who uses one of those diaphragms
