Raboconda Tire Changer for 240 rear wheel?

The "drop" in that rim was a lot more than was available on my 05 Rocket's rim. I had the same manual tire changer as in the video and couldn't get the tire off without resorting to cutting the bead with a die grinder. Getting the new tire on was hopeless, had to take it to a tire shop. The new Gen's single sided swingarm rims are probably a different story and I could likely do those (if I still had that tire changer).

This is what they crazy old dude who does my tyres said. He got excited when I said it was a rocket, which soon turned to disgust when I told him it was a 2012 and not the new model😂

I’ve been using the Mojo lever since I originally had an ‘11 Roadster. Works, works…. No cutting of the bead but, yes, it’s a little easier with the newer models. Apologies if I posted this earlier, I’m traveling out of country and connection is too slow to skim through posts….

I used the Raboconda today and here is what it looks like. The residue between the holes in the rim are from where we put tape to make sure the safety wire didn't rub on the rim.
