Rear Tire of Choice

If you're going to stick with stock tires and want to shorten the rake I don't see any reason you couldn't raise the forks. I've pulled mine to replace the seals and change the fork oil. Nothing I can remember that would prevent that.
Well, pushed the forks up this much. Looks like 3/8" American. I think they were about 5.75 mm. The mark is there to see. So, question about rear tires. Is a 55 series a half inch taller than the stock 50 series? Or does it raise the bike half inch? Which would make the tire one inch taller. Trying to see if a 55 series rear will raise

the rear 1/4" or 1/2" I cant believe I have over 2000 miles already. And a flat spot already. I'll be getting the 55 series bridgstones. So didn't want to push the forks up to much

the excedra max is 1 inch taller raising the back 1/2 inch
of coarse that is on the old rockets compared with the origin metz.
my speedo was ten% off with the max's it is now five % to high.
