Rear wheel observation .

Had my rear tyre changed at a pals garage and after removing the rear tyre it was noticed that the inside of the wheel is cerated all the way round on the outer edge i wish i had taken a picture .Never seen this before on a road bike ,

It's to avoid the tire to slip from the tire bead. This is not an hd...
