R3111 2006 Gearbox

OK folks, I just purchased this bike. I was reading up on the gearbox problems, and it sounds ominous. Mine has done 34k. If it has a bad build, when does it show? Can mine still fail at this mileage?

@34k everything is probably ok at this point. The driver can definitely mess up one of these transmissions and sometimes they might dislodge a circlip on shafts all by themselves. Hard shifts can get you, enjoy your new toy, drive it like you stole it just be easy on transmission, overall theyre pretty good.
