R3 supercharged rough on low rpm

I have had good success checking for vacuum leaks using acetylene when I worked in the trade as a mechanic. The trick is to have access to the stuff at home...
What about the rubber boots holding the throttle bodies in place???
Checked the rubber boots as good as I could without having to remove the hole throttle bodies all together, and I have checked vacuum hoses by removing and put pressure with air and havent found any leaks

Check the BOV it might be stuck open a little. They need to be kept clean. You should here it flutter at low idle. Also do you have a idle stepper motor and are you still using you map sensor in anyway?

As I wrote I have even tried swapping the bov to another, yes I have the idle stepper, and the map sensor is connected but the guy who mappen it turned it down so its using only tps, because going as stock for the map sensor changing to tps at some rpm made the engine cut out for a second and resulted as running really rough

When it runs rough at low rpm are you under boost or is to when cruzing at low RPMS ?
