R3 rear shocks - still looking..

Not sure of model , they are not the piggybacks. They are a conventional looking gas /oil emulsion shocky. 10 adjustments at the bottom of the shocky.

Got you. The piggy backs have compression damping adjustment.The normals do not (only rebound). My gut feel (based on 30 odd years of the guzzi) tells me the R3 needs different compression damping as that diff weighs a ton. I'm looking at the piggybacks for the Guzzi.
