Let's cut to the chase, poleinsider!
You want too beef up the note/sound/noise from your exhaust and are not necessarily looking to add gobs of add'l power and you'd prefer to run your R3 with exhaust pipes on both sides of the bike. Is that correct?
If so, your easiest and probably least expensive options are Triumph's TORs (sounds like a cross between a large John Deere Tractor and a stock car)or looking up a fellow member here named Dain. He's come up with a very quick, easy and inexpensive modification that will do the trick, but you will have to mail your exhaust system to him.
If you are looking for significantly more power as well, then the other recommendations made in this thread will provide that for you for anywhere from about $800 - $1,800 not including labor and retuning. Most of the two-sided systems actually rob power, although many, including myself, prefer the cosmetics of a "balanced" exhaust set up, so in ascending order of power gains and cost, your best bets, IMO, are Paul Bryant (he'll make whatever your mind can conceive - one-sided or two), CES and Carpenter Racing which both offer big-power-making 3 into one systems.
So my question to you is, "Whaddya' actually wanna' do and how much are you willing to spend?"
