Hi, yesterday I tried an R3R, which I absolutely loved: the Chrome Edition. It was my first time riding in a Rocket. I did a test ride, checked the paperwork... It seems to be in good shape. The thing is, I noticed some light scratches on the fuel tank. My question is if these small scratches are easy to fix? What products should I use? I've read that the tank, besides being chrome-plated, has a protective lacquer... and that you have to be careful not to damage it. I don't know if this tank will worry me about future scratches... and although the bike has left me impressed by its beauty... I don't want to become a slave to cleaning and maintaining that chrome. What do you think?

I can't help you on that one, but hopefully someone will chime in with an answer.

What women are like! Now my wife is telling me that I should buy a new one. She says that there is not much difference in price and so I avoid possible problems, hidden breakdowns.... It's going to drive me crazy! I find it strange that she is precisely the one who considers the most expensive option better. I hope she is not trying to mess me up... and that in the end I don't buy a bike at all... I'm going to go to the Triumph dealer this afternoon... to see what they can offer me. Women...

I got a 21 gt used with 2k miles for 16,100 from a used dealer delivered to my house. If your not seeing a big price difference someone is trying to take you for a ride
