Queensland Bikie Gangs

[n the U.S., there's a long history of exagerating the 'threat to society' posed by outlaw bikers (and by construct, bikers in general), but that Queensland statute is beyond ridiculous.

ha ha ha same here but it's mostly perpetuated by the bikies themselves

Wiz we
we have the Australian United Motorcycle Council which was formed 2010
yep just. 20 or so idiots are to blame for instigating the changes in Newman's policies

OK...so what are the UMC doing about the new laws? You are a theoretical democracy after all. Are they participating? Are you participating? Are they effective? Do you know? If not , why not? If you support "direct" action, why are we hearing about this just now? Why haven't we heard the response of these folks that support the rights of "bikies"?

nn
at the moment I'd say sh..ting themselves even for the bikies that have resigned from there previous clubs Newman is not excepting there resignation .

Sorry...I don't buy it...resign? How do you do that? Once you accept someone as a brother...for better or worse...how do you resign from that? Maybe its just the Marine in me...The way I understand it (admittedly limited understanding as it pertains to down under) 1% clubs are a "brotherhood"...sorry...there are none...EXACTLY none of my brothers that I would give up...no matter the cost...nor would I expect them to "resign" from that brotherhood. How the F#CK does this happen? I know that this is somewhat geographically limited as a statement, but...COWBOY THE F#CK UP!! If you guys have clubbies giving up their "membership" they were never clubbies to begin with...just sayin...tell Newman I said F#CK OFF...WE DON'T NEED YOU HERE...for what its worth

legal advice - hand in your colours and resign in writing. How'd you be being the lawyer that had to make that statement to the lads...

To be honest the UMC was only focused on the laws and consequent heat that affected them directly. For a long time there has been problems and conflict between the older and newer members in a number of the 1%er clubs..the older guys saw all this sh!t coming but didn't have the ability to pull the younger and quite often drug/steroid crazed younger blokes into line. UMC was mainly made up of these older wiser and more committed (to their clubs and lifestyle) members. There were UMC associate members allowed but they had no say or input into UMC interworking's , strategies or plans. Was a pretty closed shop sort of organisation. Truth is any good they actually did was undone by the almost daily charging of members of some clubs for their criminal activities ( some blokes just aren't cut out for a life of crime , seem to get caught for something everytime they stick their nose out the f#ckin door )..like Pete said the UMC members are like the rest of the clubbies and keeping a very low profile at the moment.

The fact that they are doing it in any form makes me livid...and BTW...F#CK the lawyers

I suppose the thought of getting 15 to 25 years in the can for talking to your mate's may have something to do with it as the laws stands currently

TC,

You had your go at me as above, playing the man not the ball!

Sorry have to go back to the Rugby on the TV.

You care to interact & retract some of this dribble or just rant?

Cheers
Rider not Owner FW.
