I had no response on the phone from Pete and went to message him on facebook, the following terrible news has been posted.
To all dear friends of Peter Diaman Topoulos it is with great regret and sorrow that I must inform you that last Tuesday the 26th May Peter tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident. The funeral has been arranged at Rookwood Cemetery Greek Church this friday the 5th June (2015) at 10am.

 
That's sad news, my condolences to all of Peters friends an family.
 
Terrible news. Sincere condolences to all his family and friends.
 
I feel bad that we missed this. He sure loved his Rocket and was always chasing that bit extra. Don't know any details at all other than what Gra posted but I guess he went out doing what he loved the most.
RIP Peter.
