OIL THREAD...opinions and knowledge fact or fiction

Pig9r:

In as much as I can ascertain...

That was a mouthful. How'd the cabbage processing work for ya.

Hey Guys,

Did a silly thing the other day and changed out my oil...Cheers, Jim
I was going to be a smart ass and suggest laying off the throttle over the course of a few oil changes to see what improves, or else toss in a handful of friction intensifiers. But if you must have parts replaced there never a better source than the Flipmeister.

Im an Amsoil user. I also continue to use a Scotts permanent filter. I utilize a change-out for the entire 10k rating, and still use the drained oil in other equipment.

It's a Rocket!!! If I wanted to lay off the throttle I would have bought a Hardley! :)

No seriously I had thought to be a little more judicious with the throttle... but it's so hard to do. I'll check out Flip's parts. Cheers guys.

p.s. If I do take out the clutch myself - any tips for young players? I have the full service manual.
