OEM Exhaust converted to 3 in 1

I've just done an Auto C.A.D. drawing, I could make this easy enough.
US$80.00 un-coated, plus shipping which would be minimal.
Coated I would have to get a quote on.
This would use the original seal from the inlet of the stock CAT and retain the stock cover so from the outside the only dif would be .... no muffler on the L/H side :D

I've had a couple of people ask me about this piece, here's what I have said in response.

I don't think that dropping to just one muffler, even a TORs unit, would be beneficial, with two mufflers there is two for the Engine to breath through.

I think that with a larger diameter connection piece and a more open muffler this would work.
The US$80 quote was for a 38mm (1½") O.D. connection piece, having thought this through some more, I went and drew up a 2" O.D. connection piece.
This, with the stock inlet seal and no seal in the muffler, would slide straight into the stock muffler.

All kind of not worth the effort I think.
If you are going to use a more open muffler, get one that slips straight onto the stock header.

OH WOW doesnt sound very enticing to me The first thing I want to do is trash the stock cats and mufflers its all ugly heavy restrictive garbage

Anyone considered or tried converting the '09 and newer Roadster OEM exhaust to a 3:1 system utilizing the right side muffler? Seems pretty simple to simply connect the header to the right side pipe with a short piece. Eliminates the left side muffler and the cat too. Somehow gut out the muffler a bit for better flow. Any ideas?
I did run a singe TOR on mine for a little while but it was hooked up to the custom headers
