Norm does tires

That's some serious dedication to changing your tire. I don't think I'd ever attempt that. I remove the wheel and take it to the dealer, but that's about it. How does it ride now?

Its more responsive than the Metzler was but I'm guessing that's because the front was really worn flat. I need to pay better attention to my tire pressures. The 170 sits in there with room to spare. I had no issues running at any speeds. I took some time letting it break in before I got it up over 55 but the maiden voyage was about 30 miles and I was comfortable on it upon my return. I answered my question on whether a 180 will fit in the fenders. It will. But I may just go excedra max again when the time comes. It looks good on there and if guys are getting 10k out of one on the rear then maybe I can double that on the front. who knows but I have my tripmeter counting it for me. :)

It's better than all the other name brand lights I've tried and you can buy a 48 pack for the cost of a Coors 36. Just sayin. I used to be a bit of a beer snob and still make my own. A friend of mine and I just did a 23 gallon batch of a dark rye IPA. I can't wait to bottle it. :)
First there is only two types of beer that you buy and that your given. And there both pretty darn good. As for all that work well I just take mine off drop it at the shop go to the watering hole next door and partake in some sustanace then give the shop 10 bucks and home with the wheel and old tire. The old tire helps green tree trimmings take off faster but do it the dark so it does not show black smoke :)

To lubricatr the drive shaft splines since you have a 05 silver motor as back then triumph was stingy and use a grease that works as goodas a turd in a punch bowl. Use a molly grease or molykote. Its a whole lot easier and a butt ton cheaper then pulling the swing frame to change the driveshaft and replacing the munched up bevel box.

Triumph did change the grease somewhere when the roadster came out. Very few pieces of equipment ever die of over lubrication. Or as doctor Neville lush would say " good lubricant is cheaper then good engine parts" :D

Use the same moly 60 grease that we use on the splines of the wheel to bevel box?
