Good call there Warp. And Ken has some great deals over at MOD just waiting for her... I bet she would look great on the flat Blue Scrambler they have there...
You said you are only concerned about the holding capacity n not the cosmetics of the tank. Good news;
Let’s read about liquids:
A liquid takes the shape of its container. It can be poured from one container to another changing shape but not volume (size) though it may appear to look larger or smaller. It is not. You can test this by pouring one measured cup of water into various sized containers.
when you buy a can of soup with a dent in the can it still holds the same amount.
So you will be fine as far as that goes
I was headed to Glacier National Park in Montana when i see this hawk chasing a pheasant across this field coincidentally we all merged together and the pheasant hit my RK tank and exploded into a big ball of feathers leaving a small dent. The dents not that big and i had no idea how to fix it until i saw a few YT videos. I've waited too long to attempt it now,it will probably cause the paint to crack. I saw a nice new RK at the Harley dealer loaded and marked way down in price, the dealer came over to me and tried his sales pitch. I didn't want to be rude so i asked him how much could i get for my RK on a trade in. The first thing he sees is the little dent and deducts $800 off the price of the bike... I don't know if it will work but it might be worth a try..good luck.
