New Rocket Touring owner in northern Virginia

G'day and welcome. Nice looking bike - I love them when they are all shiny and new like that. Is your helmet DOT approved?

don't ask me how I know but those little loops on the top of yore boots really like to attach themselves to the kickstand and or shifter making a balancing act not come out so good. welcome

Congrats. A word of caution on the tank bra. While it is very useful to hold you ezpass or similar, it can mar the clearcoat finish after a while.
I noticed this on my 07 Classic. I cut a piece of rubber tool box liner material and inserted under the tank bra. Hopefully this will cushion the tank and protect the paint from abrasion from the leather bra.

Sweet bike happy cycling Captain

Hi Joe,

I too am waiting to find a decent solution to the lack of a 'trunk' on these bikes. I've been following motor trike as they develop new things for a R3T Trike. Next summer they aim to launch a trunk (and Fairing) for this vehicle that may just fit without modifications? Why not check it out... It may just be worth the wait!

@Joesmoe , Hello Paul, and welcome to the R3 world once more. Are you going to visit the first annual bike fest at colonial beach 9-12 Oct. I am riding down with a buddy or two from Alexanderia.
