New Front End Fixins'

I like the screen, but i don't know if it will fit with my T'bars, have you got a side profile pic? so I can see how far back the screen goes?

Which screen, the std size OEM Fly copy with his custom black fork tubes or the extended Jumbo Fly version with his black copy OEM style brackets that attach to the OEM fixing kit? I have no info re the fork tube mounted version other than his now relisted link.
Both his OEM copy std size and Jumbo versions fit with his custom black fork tubes or the OEM fixing kit and any of: std chrome OEM brackets; his black copy bracket version with same position; or his custom black bracket version which places screens 1" further forward for extra key access clearance and matches the angle of the forks.

I already have a std OEM black fly with chrome OEM brackets fitted to my 2010 Roadster with 1.5" Thunderbars and no problems at all.

I hope that helps.

Yes It does all I needed to here was you had thunderbars as I have the same. Cheers

Ahh! Just saw you have a '05 R3 Std or Classic they have a a slightly different instrument bracket setup and possibly a slightly different position of the instrument pods. I also note that you can change the angle of the Thunderbars in the bar mount on my Roadster, I presume it is the same possible on the earlier models. When I bought my bike used it came with the Thundrbike bars and they had been angled very low touching and obscuring and pushing down the tops of my instrument pods, possibly bending the pod mount bracket. This had caused it to gouge a 5c chip on one side of the tank when on full lock. I raised them a little and bent the pod bracket still fits fine. I reckon yours are up a fair bit higher than mine still but doubt it will touch the flyscreens either OEM or this bloke Dave's copy.

to see the difference between his std copy bracket and the custom 1" forward mount bracket flyscreen position I have copied pics of both below.

Std position available on his ebay site

That second photo is interesting as that is how I set my Screen up, with my own mounting brackets.
I wanted the nose of the screen up front with the headlights.

I like yours MUCH better - I wanted mine out by the end of the lamps too, but I ordered the stock ones because I didn't like the angle of their forward bracket kit - Now I hafta get some coupling nuts to use as spacers
