**(Found One)** Need new/gently used drive shaft for Roadster/Touring #T1270700

Pinwall wouldn't split the part from the touring final drive. No one in the states has the part. If anyone hears of a good used one please let me know. Maybe it's time for a new R3?

Dang- how are you guys finding this stuff? I just looked on FleaBay this morning. I'm contacting that guy- it's a little hard to tell from the photos how good the splines are, but definitely better than mine. I just hope he doesn't sell it before responding. I just put on a new rear tire and already going into withdrawals having to drive the car today in such fine fall weather. Thanks, Kevin.

Did you see how much a final drive goes for, like $2,500, pay the $550 and sell what you don't need on fleabay, probably wind up with some extra dough in your pocket GL, Did you see the price on the used TB's complete with injectors $150, they are almost $3,000 new, even if you use the TPS it pays for itself, I bought one, I have All these extra part's, just hope they work

And a used air box complete, I needed 1 clamp, but I figured now I have extra clamps and boots, I boogered up 1 on my bike. I'd really like to put individual cans on the TB's and free up all that mess, but for now I'll leave it.

I thought about it- you're referring to the one on Pinwall. Not many Rockets have a final drive failure though and it could take quite a while to resell it. Still might do it though. I'm one of the exceptions - my FD went out about two years ago.
