nedjmartin's killer r3

Ya 40000 is a little high I would guess. If that is worth that I want 75 for mine it's not black but is custom painted :p

I must say that is one sharp looking Roadster. I would be curious as to the Horse power output it has or is it basically stock. I also think though the air filters look cool they are restricting the air intake extremely. Non the less a fine work of art in my opinion. I bet it would be a monster with something like the Carpenter package in it or some of Neville lush's fine workmanship.

I'd hazard a guess that if this fine bloke has taken the rocket as far as he has from an aesthetic point of view, he likely has augmented the internals. Probably would be Neville Lush as this is an OZZY steed. I LUV yer sled too Mr. Warp, one of the best and probably one of the most powerful R3's on the planet...you might try a bob tail like this fine specimen on one of your beasties and duplicate the tricked front end....choice:cool:

I still might do some Carp work under the bonnet (just the 210 kit methinks...I'm bionic enough already:rolleyes:) and am awaiting their overdue fiberglass/CF intake...#3 on Bob's list for that baby.

Addendum: Up For Sale! 40K! Won't get it. Nice but if he snags 20 he should be grateful. Watcher...your rocket is nice but not in this class, no offense intended. His bike is way beyond what I see in your pix. Rockets have no lasting intrinsic value...except as unique Art on Wheels...which Ned's bike surely is. Many modifications and artful enhancements give this bike a boost over conventional ...essentially stock...bikes. The internals are NOT modded apparently. Nope...no 40K coming...but a **** nice piece of art nonetheless...

Just pure art.....

Checking out all those pix at bikesales.com of this rad rocket and really am impressed with this custom work. Absolutely fabulous! Some of the super customs are cartoonish and ridiculous low riders and stretched freaks. THIS baby is near friggin' perfect in my eye! Needs more grunt from Nevill...needs to lower the sticker a tad...but this R3 smokes just about anything I've seen in years!:D

Just for comparison, new Roadster here (2011/12 plated) sells for a little over $23K at present. He probably paid more like $25K for this one. 40K is a bit rich but not by a huge margin, IMO. He's easily spent $15K on it and then there's the premium you pay for "art". I'd buy it if I had money to burn.

I don't know Richard I think you never get back what you spend on bikes or cars. Unless you restore something to absolute concourse condition. Go fast gear in engines and custom stuff has got to be for your own enjoyment. I don't think Iv'e ever seen any one get any thing close to there money back. Just a personal thought no offence ment to anybody trying to sell anything.

Totally agree. Plus I'd rather do it myself if I had the time, energy, vision and money. Just reckon this is so good that I'd be happy to own it - but only if I had more $ than I knew what to do with.

Hope i didn't spook Ned with the ejector seat , pointy bits tearing your nuts off comment  can appreciate the 'art' but not my cup o' tea as they say. Much rather throw the cash the way Ponters has .. like Bruce , no offence or not trying to dampen anyones chance at a sale here.
