The bike mounting bracket and the stock muffler won't line up if muffler is attached to cat delete?? I tried many combinations (loosen this, loosen that  ) is it possible the the oem cat must be used for stock muffler?? I think that whoever installed the TORS cross threaded the mounting bolts also, now another problem:eek: any ideas?? anyone..

When I installed my tors (since replaced with maddogs Yeah!) I had to do a little rearranging to get things to fit. I found a piece of pipe that would just fit in the cat deletes little pipes, then I could bend them into position without kinking the them. It takes a little patience. As for the tors you mean they stripped the mounting holes on the pipes themselves ? If so, you might be able to drill and tap them to the next size. Then you would also have to make the holes in the brackets larger. All do-able.

I had my OEM muffs on the cat bypass for about 2 years. The key is don't tighten ANY bands on the cat bypass and muffs untill you have the muffler bolts in the recievers. Once it's all lined up then cinch it all down.

you guys were right on... mufflers mixed up... real easy when you got things right:) doing 12 min. tune right now, then off to the dealer tomorrow to check and balance throttle bodies.... thanks everyone!!!
