He is apparently the squinty nearsighted dude that insists that you won't get an inspection sticker if it isn't exactly as Triumph delivered it.
We don't have inspections. Except for a VIN check if the bike is from out of state.

Gee I thought every body knew him,Mr Plod is the fictional Toyland Policeman in Enid Blyton's Noddy books, also Mr Plod is the derogatory name given to our fine Police Officers

Ken,
I would bet your police officer contain about the same percentage of douche cannons as do your population!
This of course excludes the administrators and politicians who pull the strings!
Best Regards,
Mr. Plod
:D   :inlove

Untapped power is plenty on the Rocket. You just have to spend plenty to get it all. Now if you want to spend a little to gain some respectable power you can. Get the TORs pipes and a Dobeck Performance AFR Plus. It controls the AFR in real time and is adjustable to your liking. IT TAKES THE LEG BARBEQUE AWAY. Right side is just as comfortable as the left side. Benefits are more power, (I gained 19 HP and 10 TQ), smoother running, and better fuel mileage, (when you don't get crazy with the right wrist).

Neville Lush tuned a completely stock roadster on his dyno and got great results. The difference at 6000 rpm is more than 50hp, because the stock restrictions are removed.
That would be clearly worth spending the money, but I guess there are only a few dyno gurus who can really find all the hidden ponies.

Tuning a completely stock Roadster...

Here is a comparison between the stock Roadster (post 2014) tune (20773) F1 table and a tune that was done by Nels at 2wheeldynoworks on a stock R3. Note the huge increase in fuel in the upper right corner, where the HP on the dyno sheet takes a dump. If you want this tune, PM me.

Are the ignition tables altered as well? I'm trying to avoid warranty issues. I can mention this to the service writer and see his take on if the warranty would be in jeopardy if I did load a tune (or several) to try them out.

If you need to get warranty work done, and you are worried about it, then put the stock tune back in before you take it in. I never had a problem with warranty issues because I had the bike tuned properly - but your dealer may differ.
