Rizoma mirrors work great for me. I left the OEM bar ends on there. They can be removed and the mirrors will still fit. I like them better than the stock mirrors. They have a blue tinted glass that eliminates headlight glare of other vehicles.
They are expensive but they are high quality mirrors.

I'm needing to change my mirrors too I suppose. I have worn out the OEM right side. It will no longer stay where I set it too after a few minutes of wind pressure hitting it. :-(

Add a new or an extra spring washer and tighten should do the trick. Or try a few wraps of thin plumbers sealing tape around the tapered shaft as well.
