Mirror Adaptors - Would These Work?

Anyone like to make an educated guess if these would work on the R3?

when you take the oem mirrors out you will see the hole is large...there are spacers there to make the oem mirrors fit...they may come out attached to the mirror stem....salvage those and other mirrors should fit...I put on a set of black from JP Cycles and they work fine.
