Dealer
After reading the comments, Baxter is getting 100% reimbursement, Triumph is paying the full load. The dealer was surprised on that one. Other than the fact that my bike is taking up space in their shop, which isn't making them happy, they are getting paid for it. I get along great with Baxter and staff, no problems there. They are just as frustrated as I am about this. We (Baxter & I) are good and kool. This is not there fault...
I know that Baxter will do the job right, and I will definitely do business with them again. I actually enjoy the ride over. Triumph is the one that has kinda goofed up here (so I am told), not Baxter......
My comments might have been mis-interpreted. Hope this clears up my thoughts. It is just, winter is here and I have lost out on some great riding over the past few weeks. And I probably won't be able to ride until next spring, the way things are looking anyway.
I was more asking to see if I should/could ask Triumph, because of the part timeliness screw-ups, for a bone?!?!?! My past experiences tell me, take the bike, ride the piss out of it and see if it will breakdown between now and the end of my warranty in July.
Joy on that one, right????? Just venting guys.....
Ride safe!!!!!!
