Loud shifts normal?

Hi Sonny , I have no clunks when shifting up only when shifting down but a little blip on the throttle each time does smooth it out , what gearbox oil do you use ?

Mobil 10-40 . Don't think it is the oil. Just got real lucky and bought a bike assembled on a Wednesday vice a Monday or Friday.
