The prize goes to you sir, I removed the tips and it has a nice mellow rumble to it now. I'm a machinist so I brought them into the shop and cut that lip out of the small side. WaaLaa.....fixed.

Now that sir is what I call an elegant fix. Simple, failsafe, functional.

Perfect.

Todd you can just have them if you want, not perfect but solid and will clean up nicely. They are strait pipes
