Loud exhaust

I just bought the bike from the original owner three days ago.

The bike is LOUD!! The mufflers all have "meets Emissions" decals on them so they must be
OEM. I bought from the original owner and he had the cat bypass put on, does that make the exhaust sound that much louder? ​

Look in the tail pipe, any taters? Probably not if loud, stock is tame like a kitty, strait pipes roar like a lion. Look in them and you’ll know, all light she’s wide open, can’t see nothing but darkness probably oem

IIRC, the catalyst is in the crossover on the early R3's. Putting in a decat pipe that has better flow will increase sound.

I’ve got a set, don’t say nothing but when you look in there’s nothing there? They’re loud super loud, they had to come off, BRUTAL, 70 year old I got bike from was a beast like 1olbull
