I asked about the cat delete and he said "The dealer did all that before I picked it up and did something to the computer also".

Wow, is that dealer close to you? I would organize the recites by date and save them. A clean bike with a documented service history!

cigar tips do make LOUD pops between idle and 1500 rpm, sort of straight pipes sound effect, and produce even more pops with deceleration. Remove the tips and bike will make gentle broom broom like a big happy bear.. :)

The prize goes to you sir, I removed the tips and it has a nice mellow rumble to it now. I'm a machinist so I brought them into the shop and cut that lip out of the small side. WaaLaa.....fixed.
