Let the frustration begin!!!! grrrrr

If I get mine spot on is there any chance it could possibly resolve my issue?

You will still need to do the iscv and tps check , as moving the adjusting screws for the tbs can move things about throwing out the tps voltage !
Only by getting the tbs balance right and knowing your tps and stepper are at their correct voltage and working properly can you move on to the next phase of troubleshooting your problem ! Imho

I did an adapt reset and will ride the bike tomorrow morning before doing the tbs perfect and iscv.

I read that after any tune your supposed to do an adapt reset which I know my tuner did not do!

I may get corrected here but from what I understand , the adaption reset should come after the tps and iscv test / reset .
This adapts the bike to the settings that have been made . After which the ignition turned off , everything unplugged and after 10 sec or so the engine started without touching the throttle , allowed to run til the fan cuts in and then run for a further 12 minutes without touching the throttle . So called the 12 minute tune ! Honestly , when you have completed the iscv test / reset , you will smile to yourself over how easy it actually is . I know I did . Its just the trepidation of doing it that first time but the tune ecu program for the tps and iscv test will walk you through it itself once you double click the iscv check instruction !
Just remember the primary tps is the one nearest the side panel on no 3 tb and ensure the throttle cables are adjusted correctly so the stepper motor doesn't fight against them when the test cycles the motor !

Where is the adjustment to get the throttle bodies perfect? Bikes gotta be running correct?

Ok . If you have the Ramair it makes the job easier to start with coz they a whole lot more accessible ! Prop the tank and peer down behind the tbs , on the linkage between tb1 and tb2 and again between tb2 and tb3 there are 2 Philips head screws on the linkage shafts , these are your adjusters . I'm sorry I can't post a picture , but I know someone did in a previous thread ! With the engine running you will need a relatively long thin Philips screwdriver to turn them . After each adjustment blip the throttle to settle them !

Awesome. So the proper order is throttle bodies then iscv correct?

As mentioned tbs are reasonable but could be better ! Yes
Balance tbs
Iscv test / reset
Reset adaptions
12 minute tune .
Hopefully this may sort it but if not at least you will know that all is good there and you can start looking elsewhere! Good luck
