Let the frustration begin!!!! grrrrr

Update...

running pretty dam good but I'm still getting a very very slight hesitation up around 6k rpm now...very intermittent. Only did it twice on a 40 minute ride and only seems to do it in 1st gear.

I don't know what to think at this point...the bike runs excellent 99 percent of the time...any thoughts...not sure where to go next!

Ok gang...ive decided to take the bike into the dealer to have them diagnose it...I will explain to them I am heavily leaning toward the TPS etc. It is under warranty for another year.

Has anyone had the dealer give them trouble for installing a PC5 or the ram air?

I really don't think the dealer is going to be much help here ! All they can do is check your iscv and tps and more than likely blame all on the pcv ?
I was having similar problems until I balanced up the tbs and did the iscv reset .
Tune ECU is the way to go here and save yourself heaps of money . The pcv is a great bit of kit but you do need a decent tuner with a dyno to get the best from them I have found !

Would you consider this balanced?

Concerning iscv

Engine off but key on?

Bear claw off so I can make neccessary adjustments if needed?

My secondaries are removed, does this matter?

Please advise. Thanks.

Yes balance is good , altho could be better ! Within 10 of each other is great . Spot on is ideal and achievable.
Iscv and Tps tests are straightforward as are the adjustments .
I have no secondaries either so no issue there .
Any problems and I will repeat to you word for word warps walkthrough !
Incidentally my tbs were roughly in the same ballpark as yours , getting them spot on did make a noticeable difference !
