Let the frustration begin!!!! grrrrr

Appreciate all the help...im a bit hesitant to start checking some of the things mentioned above due to the fact that the bike did not due this before with the HansO tune...From what I can tell the PC5 install doesn't require anything that would touch the things mentioned above....

Thoughts?

HansO based off the dyno fir your tune that I posted, can send me another tune with proper adjustment? Your tune did not do this. Please let me know.

I have a idea reach under the tank and unplug the PCV if its like the PC3 I just cut out of mine (because I think it went bad) and installed a PCV then its only two plugs (with no auto tune) and check the pins for damage and then plug your engine harness and fuel rail harness back in like OEM and see if it is still there. if its gone the either the PCV is bunk or might have been sitting on the shelf for quite a while. It might need a firmware update. some of the early ones had some issues.
 

gotya...will unplugging the PC5 make my tune go away too though?
 
PCV has 2 plug one under tank the other under plastic infill triangle side panel at rear of motor on left side of bike
 
The PC v is very unlikely to fail. Used/adjusted properly it is a very good tool, and easily good enough for any stock engined bike. Don't chop down the forest looking for trees. GO BACK and tell the guy that you now have a flat spot down low that was not apparent before. Be polite and honest and he should recheck his work. The longer you leave it to communicate the worse it will be.
 
Yes, I called and explained my feelings once I calmed down. They want me to come in next week. He claims he rode the bike and it was perfect. That's hard for me to swallow but I'm hoping to get it sorted.

OK I say give him a chance as he is not blowing you off. Did he install the PCV? You can unplug it and the tune in the ecu will stay. you can also down load the tune in the PCV although I believe it would stay if not when you turn your key off it would power down and disappear. Hanso will verify that.
 
The tune will stay in the PC v. If you start the bike with the PC v earth disconnected the PC v is toast. Do not do that. Maybe try and notice the rpm and gear/situation where the stumble is, also if it is worse hot or cold. Did the guy use the tuning link/c3 software or tune manually?
