TTS forgot to drill the holes for the upper fan mounting screws. These tabs also have to be cut to length for the U-fasteners. There's also a tube that needs extending.
I'm also modifying the fan so that it doesn't cover any part of the intercooler. This should improve the efficiency of the intercooler above the 85% of my last setup, where the stock fan partially blocked the intercooler.
It's difficult to have one-off units built perfectly without a jig. Overseas production makes it even harder. But truthfully I'm thankful that Richard is enough of a speed enthusiast to make this unit for me at all!
