TTS forgot to drill the holes for the upper fan mounting screws. These tabs also have to be cut to length for the U-fasteners. There's also a tube that needs extending.
I'm also modifying the fan so that it doesn't cover any part of the intercooler. This should improve the efficiency of the intercooler above the 85% of my last setup, where the stock fan partially blocked the intercooler.
It's difficult to have one-off units built perfectly without a jig. Overseas production makes it even harder. But truthfully I'm thankful that Richard is enough of a speed enthusiast to make this unit for me at all!

Hombre, Pianoman contacted Muzzy's and apparently they have an aluminum fan that will work with the Rocket.

Cane, you don't need a unit like this unless you have forced air induction (supercharger or turbo). If you are naturally aspirated, you sure don't need an integral intercooler. When I say that this unit is narrower... it is narrower than my first integral IC/Rad/OC. It is not smaller than the stock radiator.
It is, however, better looking IMO!

Ok mjbell , its been over a month and you were suppose to post the latest the week after 9-11. How'd your bear claw modification go? What'd you find out on that oil cooler? I trying to figure out exactly how I want to do my claw mod and would like to see yours. VERY interested in that oil cooler you were talking about. PICS Please... xhdskip
