Is this a drug??

Care to elaborate or give some examples?
Most of what I saw was pretty positive.
I have started surfing both sites since the .com site went down.
(kinda forgot about .net)
Seems there are some that hang here exclusively but based on post counts, many are on both. I'm pretty sure most anyone is welcome over on the .com site regardless of their status on this site.:bch:
Maybe some of "the regulars" are just looking to fight? :kick:
Why do I have to be the one to do the research and conduct the recent history lesson again? ****, I knew I never should have applied for that library card.

I could just start with this example right here, using the quote button on someone you don't know, getting personal and using the "fight" word with cartoons.
I don't know you, I didn't quote you until now and you certainly don't have any reason to assume anything someone like Scot in Exile and myself teasing each other has anything to do with anything about you at all. Is it because you have 7 posts that you think what we said has something to do with you?

Was that a sufficient elaboration on an example?

well you regs dont own the site and hate to clue you in but lots of the duals, myself included, were here long before you guys. it's like a lot of things.. you get accustomed to being on a site.. doesnt mean the other site is better or worse.

Somehow I just knew the "I was here first" card would get played at some point.

Nobody gets to use "It's my ball! I'm taking my ball and going home" ... I call dibs !! ....

..... And no touch-backs either. :p

aaahh what's wrong hf.. circling the wagons from the mean ol' .comr's
good grief these are web sites. everyone is welcome
.comers posted and viewed this site before the other site went down and will continue to do so.

OK, I preface my comments by saying that I am one of the newest of newbys and I do not "trump" anyones feelings or comments. I would like to thank all this site that have welcomed me so warmly and to all the members who have answered my questions and for all effort that greatly precedes me for all the shared knowledge and experience. My comment is that I have about as much of the "real world" as I can take and I am more than frustrated by work, politics and life as a tabloid in the press that MOTORCYCLES, RIDING AND CAMARADERIE are my "happy times" -- hope to meet many of you that share this love of riding. Mine, like yours, goes back a long time and continues for reasons that bring us together. Thank you all.

Who gives a **** how long anyones " been here"... Be blokes on this and the other site who may have only just started riding bikes or recently returned to riding ,jumped up from a smaller bike, swapped over from jappers , harleys whatever. Be more interesting to see who had been riding British made bikes and for how long... more interesting than who's "been here longer" don't you reckon?

..the main thing is to keep the animosity going between the peeps at both sites..even though most of us belong to both..it's tradition ya know..they both have their good and bad points..this place is kinda like the nerve center for nerds..while the other one is for the cool kids........:D.......or is it the other way around?????...now where are the stir the pot and eating popcorn icons?...ya really gotta do something about that Brian.....now back to your regularly scheduled program of *****in nagging crying and complaining...

*****ing, complaining, crying,,hmmmmmmm,,,,yup, that sounds like the r3 forums:D:D

I get up early in the morning and check just to see who is doing any of the above:D

Now this would be a good thread by itself MrTomCat, I passed my motorbike test in 1976 by ways of The Royal Corp of Transport. I would have to really search my slowly decaying brain to count the amount of Brit bikes(BSA,Triumph etc) that I have had thru out the years mixed in with the occasional Jap bike.
