Man, thats rough ... that's exactly why I don't change more than one thing at a time.
I think the best advice you got so far is to back track and start taking things off. I would never have the balls to take it into the dealer with all the goodies installed and the bike not running. At least when you take everything back off and still have to take it to the dealer not running, you can say it just died ... "I tinkered with it a little afterwards, but here it is".
Make sure you didn't blow a fuse and step back to remember the simple things.
