LMAO I saw the Sub-Forum Title on Mining Gold and thought is was about....Mining Gold.. 
I live in Northern ARIZONA and professional surveyors have said there's still 100 years of Gold in the land here.
There are free community Gold minig clubs throughtout Arizona that actually own Gold Claims for their Member's use.
Its just very labor intensive work to find and extract. I prefer to work on mechanical systems..lol
Rule of Thumb= Gold Veins run very close to an Onyx Veins.....Find a good Onyx Vein and you'll find "some" gold.
Caveat Emptor: It might only be in micro-gram quantities.
If you're ever in Arizona and go out by yourself to search for Gold be very careful not to Trespass on an Existing Gold Claim.
These Gold Claims are usually marked and recorded with the County Recorder.
Its a Felony to dig, search or otherwise take from an existing Recorded Gold Claim in Arizona.
Btw, Once I hit the Lottery and can afford; a Ton of Dynamic and; my Explosives License I'll go out Gold Prospecting..lol
