Adjusting TSA requires resetting (and then re-calibrating) gears position and shift force sensor adaptions.
The calibration can be done by any individual for both (it's either starting the engine and waiting, or riding with the bike changing gears - still, in compliance with specific instructions and in a specific order), but the prior required adaptions reset can only be done from the official Triumph Diagnostic Tool (I could not find the option in third-party diagnostic tools)... which you won't find anywhere except at a Triumph dealer's.
In any case, as you mention hard shifts and so, I would start by checking there are not any obvious fitting errors (distance between ball joints for instance), from the TSA fitting instructions, page 4 to 6 (https://triumphinstructions.com/ProdDocs/A9778507-US.pdf).
