I don't have an issue with this - I hate cards too. But then I expect a proforma invoice and do a bank xsfer to that invoice.

Here that then means the failure to supply is breech of contract and you can set the Tax Man on them. First thing they do here is freeze accounts. It is an effective incentive.

As you all know us Scots are blessed with a lot of patience well i ordered an exhaust system on well I sent the cheque on May4th 2017 and after numerous calls still have no exhaust last time I called I actually sent them more money for the baffle that was a few weeks ago and still nothing, I will not name any names as i hope it will turn up at my door tomorrow(fingers crossed) but just to say it is not coming form Australia or New Zealand

I have been waiting just as long. The company that made my exhaust did inform me at the time of the order that it would take a bit due to a backlog of orders. A few hiccups along the way and should be getting them real soon. Really do not mind believe it is worth the wait. Did I mention this company takes credit cards. Have had a few chats with the company president and seems to be a outstanding guy. He usually contacts me vice me trying to contact him. Did I mention the baffle comes with the pipes. I do not remeber the name of the place but seen some pics and they have some neat looking trees growing wherever this place is.

I hate to disagree with Nat who seems to be an eminently reasonable fellow BUT... I think 3 months is more than enough time for a business to supply a customer with an exhaust. Holy crap its not an aircraft! Its a shaped pipe that's shaped like all the others they make. If you dont have it by now either you are not getting it and they've spent your money or you are dealing with a business that doesn't deserve to continue especially in this day and age of quick customer turn around.
Suffice to say you are much more patient than me who would've been making their life hell by now.

All good Nat is cut from the same cloth as myself his post made me laugh, the company is world known and very good at what they do except keeping in touch with the customer
If I did not have five other bikes to ride I would have been climbing the wall, plus my bike for the exhaust is still fully functional I have not removed the TORs yet.

Should mention that each time I have called they have answered the phone or replied to my fax, first few times they were on back order then a few times saying pipes should be out next week, I have no doubt I will get the pipes just a wee bit frustrated.

Ah! you would be right but I'm a transplanted South African a$$hole! been here 35 years though so I've mellowed a bit. Mellowed is another way of saying that I got tired of banging my head against a wall.
