I have progressive 444's on the back and progressive fork springs up front. Best things for me were no more wallowing in curves and no more spine jarring hits over bumps. So I guess you could say the old girl just got a little better manors
No offense taken. It is easy to get taken wrong when you are writing. Thanks for the ideas on suspension. I am bouncing when I don't want to bounce and my wife is taking hard hits than necessary. Where did you get the front springs done or did you do them yourself?

I would suggest NO on the Ohlins. Two friends went with them because of their dial up damping feature.
Both are disappointed with that feature and feel the preload is way too heavy with the springs they came with.
