I know this looks kool and all but.. I have been a surfer since the late 70s. You would earn your rights in the line up. Teahupo is, in my opinion, a sacred place where surfers risk their life on the line up for a few seconds of a tube ride. I hope this modality is a single episode fad. Bikes should stay on land. On land dedicated to their sport. When the motorcycle pickles it spills oils into the water. This is not a good thing. I am surprised that these people got permission from the tribe leaders to do this. Jet skis which have become visible in the surf hang around to assist the gladiators in big surf and great respect they have earned for that. The largest waves in the planet have been conquered with their assistance. OK.... sorry for the rant. Peace and respect in the line up.

On or through puddles - which is just plain stupid...



... or on a ferry, which is quite self-limiting...
