I need to replace my H4 Halogen headlight bulbs soon. I am looking for something "whiter" than my 4200K Halogens, more to match my 5000K LED driving lights recently installed. Most of what I find are too tall to fit my lamp buckets, as they all have a cooling fan on them. Has anybody successfully installed LED bulbs on a rocket? What brand?
Thank you in advance for your replys!

I just did an H4 LED, and I wonder where the yellow went! They are all over eBay, and they seem to be M3 brand, but you won't see that revealed in the ads. Only clue is that it will come direct from China. Be sure you pick one with hi/lo beam, because single brightness bulbs are out there too. Each one comes with a little fan on it's backside, and some adapters to fit a variety of buckets. The one that works in our bikes is in there. And the pig tail coming off plugs right into your factory bulb plug. Orders from China can take several weeks, but if Hong Kong is the source it will be faster, Hong Kong Post has it all over China Post.

Search 'daymaker' and you will find heaps of threads about original US made and Chinese copies. The threads have good writeups.

Thanks Joe for the information! I have update my profile.
I have been following (and enjoying!) this forum since I bought my Roadster new in 2012; I have posted a few times in the past, always with someone out there smarter than me replying with the information I was looking for.
I have had limited sucess with searching a topic, probably due to my "green behind the ears" experience.
Thank you again for your help!

@rangerbob56 Never fear . . . you have a wonderful machine, and are in the right place !

Curious, you purchased it new ? Four years ago ? How many miles on it so far ? Any problems experienced ?

Again, good to see you here.

Yup, bought it new in 2012 from my "local" Triumph dealer (175 mile away). Got just over 22,000 miles on the clock now. I had a cracked radiator fill neck about 500 miles in, the dealer took care of that by replacing the whole radiator for me. Have gone through the stock (rear) Metzlers at 6,000 miles, now running a Bridgestone. Replaced the rear brake pads already; I thought it was too soon, but I was surprised how small the pads were when I took them off (note to self; check the pads again). I have done a few upgrades since new;
Replace air filter with 3 K&N's, Hanso tune (Thanks Hanso!)
Teardrop mirrors
Added LED driving lights
Added front crash bar
Added a windshield (see photos) Thought I would like the Roadster version better than the Touring, but I missed my windscreen!
Added hard case saddlebags
Added a Wolo air horn (loud!)
Blacked out a lot of chromed parts
Added a power socket outlet
Upgraded my H4 bulbs to 60/135W bulbs, but I need to replace those, hence the post to find LED's that fit.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

I have these 3800 Lumen H4 LED Headlight bulb and absolutely love them. I am still constantly amazed at how bright they are, and how well focused when aimed right. There is a huge thread on them here - 3800 Lumen H4 LED Headlight

I don't know if they have anything newer and better, but these are good. They are a tight fit, and you may have to remove the parking light bulb, but they will fit.

Interesting, that's what I put in for the driving lights.

I installed the Truck-light 7" - was plug-n-play, except as you mentioned, had to lose the position light.

Wow "Upgraded my H4 bulbs to 60/135W bulbs" that was a heavy current draw on high beam. No problems with wiring or overheated reflectors?
